The Nursery

“Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.”

Proverbs 22:6

The nursery at Cross welcomes infants and toddlers up to age three. We seek to support parents as they introduce their children to these first glimpses of how much God loves them. Parents are able to bring their children to our nursery during select worship services.

Here they will be loved and nurtured by our intentional and caring staff and volunteers. Each nursery worker is CPR certified and understands the importance of a safe and loving environment. Many of our nursery workers are childcare professions or have a career in education so you can trust that your little one is in good hands.

This is a nurturing space where children can experience God’s message at their pace. Your little one will sing songs, listen to poems, and hear biblically-based stories that convey the love of God and Jesus. Our nursery is also home to a variety of age-appropriate games and toys. Take comfort in knowing that your child is hearing about Jesus in a way that stimulates their development.

The nursery is currently closed.

It will be reopening Sunday, September 12th in coordination with our fall kick-off.

Nursery will be available at both the 8 AM and 10 AM services.

Please feel free to visit the nursery to become familiar with our environment and get to know our staff.

If your three-year-old is potty trained, you may consider enrolling them in our Promiseland Preschool. Here, your child will develop essential skills with a curriculum that has been designed to challenge and engage in the name of Christ.
