Worship Schedule
At Cross, our Lutheran congregation loves to gather in community to hear God’s Word and to receive His gifts. We cherish the values and traditions of the Church and strive to find opportunities to respond in ways that are relevant to each generation. While the styles of music vary in our services, the emphasis is always on the hope we have in Christ, and to share the good news of the gospel in our everyday lives.

Our intention is that people connected to Cross will mature as disciples of Christ by walking with God, growing in faith together, and loving their neighbors. What does this mean? By walking with God, disciples at Cross worship continually, pray persistently, live generously, and both give and receive grace.
By growing in faith together, disciples at Cross experience biblical community, mentor one another, read and respond to God’s Word, and courageously live transformed lives. By loving our neighbors, disciples at Cross have a servant heart, bless others using their unique God-given abilities, and share the truth about Jesus.

We have different mentoring opportunities through which we walk alongside individuals in all walks of life. Our service opportunities are for those interested in walking alongside someone to make a lasting impact for their future.
Cross community groups offer authentic community and spiritual growth in a safe place. People of all backgrounds can get connected to the community of believers at Cross and grow in faith together.
Cross Lutheran School now offers classes for children ranging from two-year-old preschool through 8th grade. It holds National Lutheran School Accreditation and is recognized by the State of Illinois.
